1. User Eligibility & Registration

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your login credentials (email and password).
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Your account will be reviewed before activation. Only verified working DJs or VJs with legitimate venue references will be granted access to RemixPlanet.net content. Submissions with incomplete or false information will be denied.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree that:

Access is strictly for professional, non-broadcast DJs and VJs.
All remixes, mashups, and mixes are for closed-circuit public performance use only.
You will not download, share, distribute, sell, or reproduce any content unlawfully or in conflict with local, state, or national laws.
You must already possess original versions of any music used in remixes or mashups accessed from RemixPlanet.net.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
RemixPlanet.net does not sell or license music; it offers content directories and hosting services to verified users.
You may not claim any content as your own unless you are the original creator and have all necessary rights and permissions.
Do not upload or share copyrighted material without explicit ownership or authorization.

4. Content Contributions (“Post a Mix”)

Users may submit links to mixes for promotional purposes under the following conditions:

You confirm that:

You have full legal rights to any content submitted.
You have obtained any necessary permissions for music and identifiable persons.
You will give proper credit to all collaborators (DJs, producers, etc.).
You will not misrepresent someone else’s work as your own.

Violations will result in removal of content and possible account termination.

5. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

6. DMCA Compliance

RemixPlanet.net is a hosting service and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Proof of copyright ownership or authorization

Identification of the infringing content

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Impersonate other individuals or DJs
Engage in harassment, abuse, defamation, or spamming
Attempt to hack, bypass, or overload the Service infrastructure

8. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Routine maintenance or technical issues may cause occasional downtime.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or download content from RemixPlanet.net.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued unless a download or service is proven to be defective.
If you encounter issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
Deny access to the Service with or without notice.

You may also terminate your use at any time by ceasing access and notifying us in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

RemixPlanet.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including data loss or lost profits) arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

14. Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and service marks used on this site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any without prior written permission.

15. Final Notes

Modify these Terms at any time
Post updates on this page without prior notice

By continuing to use the site, you agree to any future changes.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
